Job description
You will be responsible for reservation and arrangement support related to overseas travel.
[Job Description]
- Handling reservations and changes for flights, hotels, restaurants, etc. (with a focus on Southeast Asia)
- Responding to inquiries via phone and email
- Managing reservations using specialized systems (GDS/flight reservation systems)
In addition to phone inquiries, you will also handle written correspondence via email and other methods.
We provide thorough training, so even those without experience in contact centers can start with confidence!

Requirement
