Company Overview
We provide technical solutions to major manufacturers in industries such as automotive, home appliances, medical, sensors, and especially leading semiconductor makers.
We are now offering an intensive training program for candidates with no prior experience.
Mechanical Design Career Advancement Course
This is a recruitment and training program for those aspiring to become mechanical design engineers in the future.
- First Half: Learn mechanical basics and practice with CAD software
- Second Half: Draw parts diagrams, assemble and test mini 4WD cars, and perform evaluations
The program allows you to enjoy hardware development while acquiring practical skills applicable on-site.
Training Curriculum
- Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering
- Basic and Practical Mechanical Drafting
- Introduction to CATIA
- Mini 4WD Production (Drawing / Assembly / Test Run / Review)
- Contents and duration are subject to change.
Training Overview
- Start Date: June 1
- Duration: 4 months
- Recruitment: 10 people
- Mainly online training, final 2 weeks at Win School Shinjuku (Dormitory & travel expenses covered by company)
Post-Training Job Assignments
① Component Design: 3D modeling of resin, die-cast, sheet metal parts / 2D drawings / related documents
② Car Seat Design: design modifications / BOM maintenance / CAD design using CATIA V5
Work Location
- During Training: Online + 2 weeks at Win School Shinjuku
- After Training: Client sites in Kanto region (transfer possible based on preference)

Required:
- Aspiring engineers under 30 years old
- 1+ year full-time work experience
- No more than 3 job changes including this one
- Strong communication skills
- Foreign nationals: JLPT N2+ and 3+ years of work experience in Japan
- Graduate from engineering-related major
- Willing to relocate (Kanto, Tokai, Kansai)
Preferred:
- Strong learning & growth mindset
- Enjoys making things, puzzles
- Good at math/physics
- Interested in mobility, robots
- Collaborative, team-oriented
- Experience in production or field engineering is a plus
Benefits
Salary & Compensation
- Monthly Salary: ¥200,000 – ¥225,000 depending on education
- Annual Income: ¥3.54M – ¥3.98M (with 20h overtime)
- Bonuses: 2x per year, annual raise, qualification incentives
- Overtime paid per minute, no fixed overtime
- Company dormitory/housing available (¥20,000–30,000/month + utilities)
