Job description
- Lead or act as a candidate leader in software development projects
- Oversee team development and promote transformation to fixed-contract or semi-delegated contract models
- Handle requirement definition, design, UI/UX, PM support, and vendor communication
Project Examples:
- Design for card payment infrastructure
- Facial recognition cloud key management project
- System development for AI-based identity and condition recognition
- Financial system renewal for international banks
- AWS development for services integrated with AI devices
Requirement
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience in web system design and implementation
- 3+ years in a leadership role (tech lead, sub-lead, or lead)
Nice-to-have:
- Client negotiation and vendor coordination experience
- Experience in setting and managing development quality indicators
- Interest in cloud and security
- Experience with Java, C#, Python, SQL

Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥6M–¥10M
- 5–8 years experience: ¥6M–¥8M
- 8+ years experience: ¥8M–¥10M
Monthly Salary: ¥335,000–¥570,000
Bonuses: Twice per year + fiscal bonus
