Job description

■ Job Description

Lead proposals, data analysis, and team management for AI-related projects, mainly in manufacturing industries
Develop and implement data strategies to achieve business/project goals
Manage and mentor the Data Science team, optimizing team performance
Drive business results through machine learning model development
Define requirements from scratch based on project concepts

Example Projects:

Research on optimization in semiconductor design
EV battery performance analysis
Quality inspection for inverter circuit boards
Image recognition for autonomous driving
Flight path analysis for aircraft
XAI support for model interpretability

Requirement

Must-have:

Experience in project management
Experience leading data utilization consulting or PoC for clients
Broad knowledge and experience in AI data analysis and machine learning

Nice-to-have:

Experience in Agile/Scrum development
Experience with AWS, DWH, or system development PM

Tools:

Python, SQL, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, Jupyter, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubeflow...

Mindset:

Benefits

Monthly Salary: ¥350,000–¥800,000
Expected Annual Income: ¥6M–¥12.5M
Bonuses: Twice a year + fiscal bonus depending on performance
Examples:

Year 3: ¥10M/year (¥700K/month)

Year 1: ¥8M/year (¥480K/month)
