Job description
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage cloud/other infrastructure using IaC.
- Improve operational efficiency through process automation.
- Design and implement early detection and prevention systems for service failures and recovery mechanisms.
- Drive migration to new systems.
- Promote SRE culture and best practices within the company.
- Collaborate and work with various teams related to product development.
Technology Stack and Development Environment:
- Server-side: C# / .NET / .NET Framework / ASP.NET
- Cloud Services: Azure / AWS
- Databases: RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL) / Redis / Other
- Frontend: React / Vue.js / TypeScript
- IDE: Visual Studio
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
- Monitoring: Datadog / Grafana / PagerDuty
- AI Services: ChatGPT / GitHub Copilot

Requirement
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in web application development.
- Experience in designing, building, operating, and troubleshooting cloud architectures on public cloud platforms.
- Knowledge and experience with RDBMS.
- Practical experience with IaC.
- Experience in building and operating monitoring systems.
- Experience working with development teams (product).
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in development using .NET (cross-platform).
- Experience with SQL Server development.
- Experience in development/operation with containers.
- Experience in building/operating Kubernetes clusters.
- SRE experience in large-scale BtoC services.
- Experience in operating mission-critical services such as financial systems.
