Job description
- Planning, promoting, and progress management of IT initiatives
- System risk management, information security management, and reporting
- System change management, incident management, and reporting
- Managing related matters for overseas subsidiaries
- Organizing key meetings (e.g., Information Security Subcommittee)
- Formulating and operating regulations under your jurisdiction
- Responding to various IT audits and inspections
Requirement
Required Skills and Experience:
- University degree or higher
- Practical experience in IT governance, risk management, or internal audit departments of a business
- Experience in system auditing or consulting at auditing firms or consulting companies
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience as an engineer
- Experience responding to audits by auditing firms or inspections by financial regulators
- Basic knowledge of system risk management (e.g., FSA Supervisory Guidelines, FISC Security Guidelines)
- Basic knowledge of information security management (e.g., Personal Information Protection Act, ISMS, Privacy Mark)
- Basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Companies Act, Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Payment Services Act)
- Work experience in cryptocurrency exchange, fund transfer companies, securities firms, or banks
- Experience in environments with incomplete manuals
- Experience in progress or project management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, System Auditor, Registered Information Security Specialist)
