Job description
<Main Tasks>
- Develop and maintain base programs for Pachislot machines.
- Review software specifications for various devices and manage software quality.
- Create evaluation programs and conduct evaluation tests.
- Support title development.
<Secondary Tasks>
- Element research (considering adoption of new devices, AI field).
- Develop device drivers.
- Develop applications for improving work efficiency.
Requirement
【Mandatory Requirements】
- Programming experience with C and C++ languages
- (At least 1 year of work experience or 3 years of self-study).
- Highly sociable, proactive, and motivated individuals.
【Preferred Requirements】
- Experience in embedded development.
- Knowledge of hardware.
- Knowledge of RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
- Knowledge of graphics rendering (2D, 3D).
- Experience playing Pachinko or Pachislot.
Benefits
【Salary Model】
- Logical annual salary system.
- Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime per month.

Examples:
- 4 million yen/year: Monthly salary 278,001 yen (base 221,334 yen + fixed overtime 56,667 yen).
- 7.5 million yen/year: Monthly salary 521,250 yen (base 415,000 yen + fixed overtime 106,250 yen).
