Job description
- Project Leader and Management Tasks
- Comprehensive planning for assigned models, preparation of specifications related to payout systems, scheduling, and progress management.General Production Planning Tasks
- Proposal of production ideas, creation of specifications for visual effects, and design of effect frequency.
- Responsible for either 1 or 2 above.
Additional Tasks (Secondary Duties):
- Development of tools to improve development efficiency.
- Creation of reel layouts and reel controls.
- Production of lamps.
Requirement

- Communication Skills

- Programming Skills in VBA and C#

- Logical Annual Salary System / Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime per month / Performance-based bonuses twice a year / Position allowance included
- 4,000,000 JPY: Monthly Salary: 278,001 JPY (Base Salary: 221,334 JPY, Fixed Overtime: 56,667 JPY)
- 5,000,000 JPY: Monthly Salary: 347,501 JPY (Base Salary: 276,667 JPY, Fixed Overtime: 70,834 JPY)
