📌 Job Responsibilities
- Software development for pachinko machines, including control of event lotteries and state transitions
- Testing and debugging
- Creating development support tools
- (Additional) Proposing ideas for effects and gameplay
Requirement
📌 Qualifications
Required:
✔ Experience or interest in pachinko gaming
✔ Programming experience
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Passion for creating exciting pachinko machines
✔ Practical experience in C and C++
Preferred:
✔ Knowledge of 2D and 3D graphics
✔ Experience in the same industry or the gaming industry
✔ Practical experience in embedded programming
✔ Experience in developing support tools using Visual Studio, VBA, etc.

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (60-minute lunch break, additional 30-minute break before overtime)

- Salary Model:
- Logical annual salary system, including fixed overtime pay for 30 hours/month
- Annual salary JPY 4,000,000: Monthly salary JPY 278,001 (Base salary JPY 221,334 + Fixed overtime JPY 56,667)
- Annual salary JPY 4,800,000: Monthly salary JPY 333,600 (Base salary JPY 265,600 + Fixed overtime JPY 68,000)
- Bonus: Twice a year
