Job description
As a candidate for the store manager position, you will be responsible for store operations, including both hall and kitchen duties.
You will be assigned to a ramen shop and learn about ingredient management, cooking, staff training, and store operations.

After joining, you will start with classroom learning about the Gift Group's philosophy, policies, and basic knowledge. You will then be supported by a senior mentor under the company's unique "mentor system." From profit-making tips to staff training and management methods, you will be taught the secrets to creating a successful store manager.

Four opportunities per year for promotion to store manager:
With a clear evaluation system, there are opportunities to be promoted to store manager every three months. If you meet the evaluation criteria, you can challenge the store manager exam. There are cases where employees were promoted to store manager within six months of joining. The rapid business expansion eliminates concerns about a lack of promotion opportunities. The company aims to open 1000 domestic and 1000 international stores, providing more opportunities in the future.
You can become a store manager within one year, an area manager within three years, and even aim for executive positions in the future.

Must have one of the following experiences:
- Experience in the food and beverage industry
- Experience as a store manager or in management
Language Requirement:

Salary Details:
- Monthly salary: 250,000 yen ~ 400,000 yen
- Experienced restaurant workers typically earn a starting salary of 260,000 yen/month or more
- Fixed overtime pay: 61,200 yen for 45 hours of overtime (paid even if there is no overtime, with additional payment for excess hours)
- Overtime and night shift allowances paid separately
- Salary Increase: Twice a year

- Annual Income Examples:
- 6 million yen for store manager (first year) / 28 years old (no previous work experience)
- 8 million yen for area manager (third year) / 31 years old
Work time
Shift Work
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 AM the next day
- Actual Working Time: 8 hours
- Break: 60 minutes
- Note: Working hours may vary depending on the store, with many stores closing between 10:00 PM and midnight.
- Many stores in front of stations in Tokyo operate late at night.
