Job description
Front Desk Service Duties at the Hotel
You will be responsible for guiding and assisting hotel guests, customers visiting the restaurant or souvenir shop, international visitors, and local customers.
<Specific Job Responsibilities>
- Explaining the hotel facilities
- Handling check-in to check-out and payment processes
- Carrying and storing luggage
- Providing tourist information about the area surrounding the hotel
- Arranging taxis and other transportation
- Managing reservations and handling inquiries from both individuals and groups
- Answering phone calls, etc.
