<Specific Duties>
- Hotel culinary staff
- Cooking, plating, preparation, cleaning, and tidying up
- Ordering ingredients, inventory management, and hygiene management, etc.

- Experience in cooking (Japanese cuisine) at hotels or inns
- Possession of a chef's license
