Job description
- Manage embedded software development for automotive systems, including commissioned projects.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, resource allocation, documentation, execution, tracking, and delivery for software products provided to major automakers.
Requirement
Must-Have
- Experience developing software in C/C++/Python
- Proven experience in project management for software development
- Excellent negotiation skills with clients and external partners
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in project management for automotive systems
- Experience in image or audio processing (language agnostic)
- PMP certification
- Business-level English
- Self-directed and able to work flexibly

- Annual: ¥6,500,000–¥10,500,000
- Example: ¥650,000/year = ¥541,667/month (includes ¥40,290 for night/overtime)
