Job description

You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of network and server systems, as well as providing technical support for devices such as PCs.

Role Overview

  • Project assignments are determined based on your experience and joining time
  • Many projects are long-term and involve work with major enterprise clients
  • Some projects involve data center migration or technical support for hardware vendors
  • Career progression to higher roles such as network/server design and architecture is possible

Example Projects

  • Maintenance of SaaS-based monitoring and backup services
  • Maintenance of Windows servers
  • Banking system operations (e.g., job creation using JP1/AJS)
  • Government network monitoring using Zabbix or Nagios

Requirement

Mandatory

  • At least 1 year of practical experience in network or server operations/maintenance
  • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1
  • Must be able to handle business communication (phone calls, emails, documents)

Preferred

  • Vendor certifications such as CCNA, LPIC

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: ¥3,660,000 – ¥7,240,000
  • Monthly Salary: ¥290,000 – ¥590,000 (including fixed allowances)
  • Base Salary: ¥265,000 – ¥565,000
  • Regional Allowance: ¥25,000 (varies by location)
  • Overtime pay is fully compensated based on actual hours worked
