Job description

You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining network and server systems, as well as providing technical support for devices such as PCs.

Role Overview

  • Project assignment is based on your experience and joining time

  • Projects may include data center migration and vendor-driven tech support

Project Examples

  • Operation of SaaS-based monitoring or backup systems
  • Windows server maintenance
  • Banking core system operation (job creation via JP1/AJS)
  • Government network system monitoring using Zabbix or Nagios
  • Operation and user support in AWS cloud environments

Requirement

Mandatory (minimum 3 months of practical experience, excluding training)

  • Operation/maintenance/monitoring of network or servers
  • First-line helpdesk support
  • Technical support

Preferred

  • Vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, LPIC)

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: ¥3,600,000 – ¥6,000,000
  • Monthly Salary: ¥285,000 – ¥375,000
  • Base Salary: ¥265,000 – ¥355,000
  • Regional Allowance: ¥20,000
