Job description
You will be in charge of customer support for bilingual projects.
We are looking for a wide range of people, from those with no IT experience who want to engage in IT work using English to those with bilingual IT work experience.
■Job Description:
Projects are decided based on experience and when you joined the company.
You will be involved in investment projects using Japanese and English.
It is mainly a user support operation project, and there are many projects that support by touching the actual device.

・ Bilingual help desk work at a major foreign-affiliated pharmaceutical company in Tokyo
- Support for client PCs, mobile phones and peripherals
- User support is mainly in Japanese, and we collaborate with overseas engineers in English.

Requirement
■ Prerequisites:
Any of the following work experience
- At least 1 year of experience as an infrastructure engineer
- At least 1 year of experience as a development engineer
- At least 1 year of help desk experience
