Job description
You will be responsible for proposal-based sales, creating project plans for public tenders, and managing projects after orders are received. Your clients will include government agencies, municipalities, businesses, international exchange organizations, and schools, with a focus on inbound international exchange projects.
With the increasing demand for socially impactful international exchange projects, we aim to further expand our business. We are looking for someone who can leverage their experience and achievements to play a key role as a core member of the department.
[Specific Job Responsibilities]
- Gathering information, creating proposals, and handling bidding procedures for government tenders
- Proposing and finalizing contracts for international exchange projects
- Building relationships with existing clients and developing new clients
- Managing project progress and collaborating with relevant departments
- Planning and proposing international exchange projects
- Operating, arranging, and managing various events and tours
You will be involved in all aspects of sales activities!
★ By building trust with clients and providing proposals that accurately address their needs, you will contribute to the further development of international exchange projects.

Requirement
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Graduate of a specialized school or higher
<Mandatory> Experience in at least one of the following:
- 3+ years of corporate sales experience
- 2+ years of proposal experience for government agencies
- Knowledge of international exchange projects
- Proposal document creation skills
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
<Preferred>
- English or Chinese skills (business level)
- Qualifications related to international exchange projects
- Experience using CRM tools
＼Experience That Will Be Beneficial／
- Experience in planning, creating proposals, and making business proposals
- Experience in creating itineraries for domestic group travel, including event arrangements and operations
- Experience with domestic and international exchange events, educational trips, inspections, or special group travel (non-tourism related)
- Experience in project progress management, internal/external coordination, and negotiation skills

■ Area Staff: No transfers requiring relocation
- Annual salary is designed to include the equivalent of bonuses; thus, there are no separate bonus payments outside of monthly wages
