Specific Duties

• Handling booking changes and cancellations
• Processing payment confirmations and issuing receipts
• Responding to various accommodation requests like transportation, meals, etc.
• System operation guidance (mainly phone, partially email)
• All tasks are based on manuals, so you can work with confidence!
