Recruitment for Construction Manager Position at AGROSS Company 【120 Days Off Per Year】【Less Than 1 Year of Experience Accepted】

Construction Management Duties (Architecture, Equipment, Electrical, Civil Engineering) will involve participation in various projects.

<Safety Management, Quality Management, Progress Management, Cost Management, Environmental Management>

Main Responsibilities:

Document creation, data entry
Taking and managing construction photos
Managing construction schedules and creating progress plans
Meetings with various contractors
Conveying instructions to workers
Drawing, checking, and modifying construction drawings
You will be responsible for managing construction projects such as office buildings, commercial facilities, condominiums, and public works.

Japanese Language Level:

Application Requirements:

Less than 1 year of experience in construction management (no experience is also acceptable)

Strong communication skills (able to confidently converse with people of various ages)

Salary Details:

Expected annual income: 3.5 million yen to 4 million yen (monthly salary over 249,700 yen)
Overtime allowance: Included in fixed monthly salary for 20 hours of overtime
Overtime allowance included in fixed monthly salary: 33,750 yen
Additional payment for overtime beyond the fixed amount
Note: This salary is calculated assuming 2 years of construction management experience, and may vary depending on experience and qualifications
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December) - Last year’s result was 2.7 months of salary

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)

Overtime: Approximately 30 to 50 hours, depending on the project content and timing
