Job description

  • Create strategic documents for energy efficiency and performance (including collecting and organizing public data, benchmarking against other companies' vehicles, and forecasting future trends).
  • Develop and execute control simulation models using Matlab/Simulink.
  • Perform data processing using tools such as Excel, Python, and Matlab.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Conduct experiments on energy efficiency (planning, arranging parts, overseeing experiments, and analyzing results).
  • Coordinate with related departments (in-house design/testing/analysis teams and suppliers).
  • Research papers and patents.


Tools Used:

  • MATLAB/Simulink, Visual Studio Code, Git, HILS.


Career Path:

  • Upon joining: Undergo training or OJT before being assigned to a role. A support system with existing members is in place.
  • 3 to 5 years: Take on a project leader role, managing a small team. Later, advance to a Project Manager or Specialist Engineer role depending on personal career goals.

Requirement

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Ability to use either MATLAB/Simulink or Python.
  • Proficiency in data processing using Excel or similar tools.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Ability to create reports and presentation materials using PowerPoint.
