Projects through major SIers account for about 80%, and direct projects with end-users account for about 20% (End-users mainly in manufacturing and finance)

Example Projects:

Comprehensive infrastructure work at large-scale data centers (server deployment projects of various scales from on-premises to cloud. Includes everything from requirement definition to operational support)
NW infrastructure operation for in-house core systems (Responsible for design and construction based on the operation phase. Involvement in AWS implementation is also possible)
Automation promotion for infrastructure construction tasks (Internal system IaC conversion projects, container and cloud technologies, automation promotion using Ansible/Chef, etc.)

The above are just examples; we have many projects involving the latest systems.

Preferred Conditions:

Candidates with Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above, capable of reading and writing in Japanese, and holding a technical visa, have a track record of being successfully hired.

Mandatory: Practical experience as an infrastructure engineer (at least 6 months)

Salary Details:

Monthly salary: 250,000 yen ~ 800,000 yen (including uniform allowances)
Basic monthly salary: 224,800 yen ~ 750,000 yen
Fixed overtime allowance/month: 25,200 yen ~ 50,000 yen (fixed 20 hours of overtime/month)
Overtime beyond fixed hours will be paid additionally
The indicated salary is a guideline and may vary during the selection process

Salary increase: Once a year (in March)
