Job description
This position involves welcoming guests as the "face" of Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki and providing a comfortable stay as front desk staff. You will also support guests’ travel as a "local professional."
Since guests from overseas are expected, there may be times when you are required to assist and provide information in English.
Main Duties:
- Handling VIP and international guests (check-in/check-out, luggage storage and delivery arrangements, taxi bookings, and transportation guidance, etc.)
- Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirement
Requirements:
- Practical experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical experience in guest relations or as a concierge
- Management experience
- Ability to work with Excel and PowerPoint
