Test lead Recruiment (Software Testing Team Leader) at Lisod Vietnam

Analyze and thoroughly understand project requirements with the Project Manager (PM).
Take primary responsibility for managing, evaluating, and reporting on the Quality & Test Progress of projects to the PM & Project Management Office (PMO).
Monitor and ensure that team members adhere to the established work processes.
Assign, supervise, and inspect the work within the testing team, review test cases, and assess the quality of testing done by testers.
Review test reports/weekly test reports for projects.
Train, guide, and improve Testing skills as well as soft skills for the team.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience working with software development processes: Agile/Scrum; Waterfall
In-depth knowledge and experience in implementing testing methodologies
Strong skills in team management, supervision, planning, synthesis, and reporting
Ability to communicate effectively, convey ideas clearly, and handle high work pressure
Preferable for candidates with Testing certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, etc.
Proficiency in Japanese or English is a plus
