Recruitment for BrSE - Bridge System Engineer at Lisod Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Hanoi) (2 years of experience)

Act as a bridge working directly with Japanese clients to analyze project requirements and communicate them to the development team in Vietnam.
Have a thorough understanding of project information, progress, and any issues that arise, and handle direct Q&A exchanges with clients via email, Skype, or other communication channels.
Serve as the Project Manager (PM) of the project: Plan, monitor progress, manage team members within the project, and report project progress to the management and clients.
Details will be discussed during the interview.

At least 2 years of experience in the position of BrSE or equivalent
Proficient in Japanese, with experience in preparing Japanese documentation (N2 or higher, good verbal communication skills)
Understanding and ability to code in PHP
Experience working with at least one of the following languages: Java, PHP, Node.js, Vue.js, React Native
Experience with Git and understanding of system infrastructure
Ability in Basic Design
Good communication, persuasion, negotiation, and bargaining skills
Ability to manage risks and propose implementation plans to clients
Experience in team management is an advantage
