Job description
- Corporate governance matters (including managing Board of Directors' meetings)
- Shareholders' meetings and stock-related matters (including anti-takeover measures)
- Secretariat work for Board of Directors' operations (including minutes preparation)
- Handling of legal disputes and litigation
- Providing legal advice to executives and domestic/overseas group companies
- Support for various projects (e.g. M&A, joint ventures, company establishment) and special assignments
- Organizational management of the Legal Department
※ Will handle all practical governance matters; contract review and compliance are limited to organizational management
Requirement
Qualifications / Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with shareholders’ and board meetings
- English proficiency (intermediate or higher, conversation required)
- Solid legal knowledge and practical experience
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Broad knowledge of securities, finance, etc.
- Management experience at a listed company or its subsidiary

- A candidate with broad knowledge and experience beyond legal matters, with strong management capabilities to operate the organization smoothly

- Annual salary: ¥12,000,000 – ¥18,000,000 (based on experience and ability)
- Monthly salary system, annual salary review (1x/year), bonus (4x/year)
- Trial period: 3 months (daily pay basis during trial)
