Job description
- Responsible for customer support in bilingual projects.
- Open to a wide range of candidates, from those with no IT experience wanting to work in English, to experienced bilingual IT professionals.
Detailed Job Description:
- Projects are assigned based on experience and time of joining the company.
- Participate in operational projects using Japanese and English.
- Provide user support by handling actual equipment.
Project Examples:
- Work as a bilingual helpdesk at a major international pharmaceutical company in Tokyo.
- Support for devices such as PCs, mobile phones, and peripherals.
- Communicate mainly with users in Japanese and collaborate with international engineers in English.
Requirement
- Open to overseas residents, the company will cover all expenses to Japan (visa fee, airfare, dormitory arrangement)
- Infrastructure engineering experience of 1 year or more.
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher.
- Business-level English (TOEIC score of 700 or above).

- Annual salary: From 3,060,000 yen
