As the newly established "IT Specialist" position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

⚫️ Development of internal core systems

⚫️ Operation, maintenance, and improvement of IT infrastructure

⚫️ Vendor management and internal support for new system implementation

<System Integration Support During the Development Phase>

• Conducting requirement confirmation meetings and gathering information
• Facilitating communication between vendors and internal departments
• Managing and supervising the testing process

<System Organization During the Implementation Phase>

• Creating and organizing operation manuals
• Providing technical support to end users

<System Maintenance>

• System operation, maintenance, and serving as the support contact point
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Maintaining information security
• Biannual master data updates
• Continuous improvement of security environments

• Hybrid work available (up to 3 days of remote work per week)
• Note: In-office attendance is required for at least the first 3 months as training
