Job description
Reservation Staff for High-End Travelers to Japan:
- Booking accommodations, transportation, guides, and tickets based on schedules created by in-house travel designers.
- Smooth communication with domestic and international suppliers.
- Building systems to improve daily work efficiency.
- Collaboration with other departments.
- Providing customer support and emergency response.
Requirement
Language Requirements:
- Industry experience is mandatory
- Comfortable working in English
- Japanese language proficiency at N1 level
