Job description

  • Propose new UI/UX designs and improvements (we mainly use Figma).
  • Create prototypes and conduct user tests.
  • Collaborate with each product owner to define service requirements, design experiences/ information architecture, and propose improvements based on user issues.
  • Manage project progress and communication.


* Development is a collaborative effort between our Japan and Malaysia offices.

* This position also involves meetings and work in English with our team members in Malaysia, so it is an excellent opportunity to improve your English skills.

Requirement

【Required】


  • Experience in UI/UX design for web services (at least 3 years).
  • Experience in creating prototypes and conducting user tests.
  • Experience in user research and usability testing.
  • Experience working with development teams (engineers, Product Managers) and marketing teams to create products.
  • Ability to think from the user's perspective and propose solutions that meet user needs.


【Preferred】


  • Experience in UI/UX design for applications.
  • Experience and understanding of building design systems.
  • Experience in communicating in English in a professional setting.
  • Interest in design from around the world.
  • Enjoyment of travel.


*Foreign nationals are also very welcome! (Japanese conversational level or higher (JLPT N2 or above)).*
