Job description
You will be responsible for the following arrangement tasks:
- Planning and arranging domestic, inbound, and outbound travel
- Arranging domestic and international business trips and personal travel for repeat customers
- Entering invoices
- Other internal administrative tasks
Requirement
◇ Educational background: Vocational school or higher
◇ PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
◇ Prefer those with business English skills (TOEIC 700 or higher)
◇ Welcome those with travel industry experience
◇ Able to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
