Job description
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including procurement, arrangement, and settlement for both domestic and international travel.
This position offers frequent opportunities to interact directly with customers (not via sales representatives), giving you daily fulfillment and appreciation from clients.
◇ Specific Job Duties ◇
- Procurement, arrangement, and settlement of travel services (air tickets, hotels, transportation, etc.)
- Visa application proxy services
- Preparation of documents such as tariffs and proposals
- Handling emails and phone calls (either coordinating with the sales team or communicating directly with clients)
- Attending client meetings with sales staff for proposal support

- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Experience in travel coordination at a travel agency or as a land operator
- Ability to handle business English (email, phone, document creation)
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
【Preferred Qualifications】
- Experience in inbound travel coordination
- Holder of General Travel Services Supervisor license
- Experience as a tour guide or escort
- Experience in a management role
