Job description
The position being recruited for this time is a land operator in Southeast Asia.
As a local subsidiary of a major Japanese travel company, you will be responsible for inbound tours in Southeast Asia.
- Serve as the point of contact for new tour orders, arrangements, and operations in coordination with sales representatives at the parent company (Japan).
- (Regions covered: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Nepal, Taiwan)
Requirement

- Able to handle matters calmly and promptly
- Japanese (native-level proficiency)
- English (business-level proficiency, at minimum conversational level)
- Vietnamese language skills are not required
- Experience in land operator work
- Experience in the service industry, such as hotels
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to understand and promote the company’s services and products
- A positive attitude toward personal and company success
- Basic PC skills (proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian geography
