Job Opening: Operations Manager / We Lodge Japan LLC (Kita-ku, Osaka)

Communication, confirmation, and coordination with accommodation facilities: Pre-check if rooms and facilities are provided as agreed at contracted accommodations (hotels, apartments, vacation rentals, etc.), and arrange additional requests or changes.
Pre-arrival communication and reception of customers: Confirm schedules before arrival, assist with check-in at accommodations upon arrival, provide guidance on facilities and in-room amenities, and distribute necessary documents.
Customer support during stay: Respond to customer inquiries and requests in coordination with accommodation facilities.
Document preparation and participation in internal meetings: Prepare arrival documents and room assignment charts, update internal documents, and report progress in meetings.

✓ No experience required. ✓ Language skills can be utilized.

Preferred conditions:

Experience in service, hospitality, or tourism.
Familiarity with the city of Osaka.
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Google Spreadsheet).
Experience studying or working abroad.
Unexperienced and foreign nationals welcome; however, foreign nationals must have a work visa.

Flex-time system (shift system will be applied from 31st January 2025).
