Job description
The main tasks include handling requests via phone and email, researching information on the computer, and making reservations. You may consult with other branches when necessary. The necessary information is already shared on the internal system, ensuring smooth communication.
Examples:
- Booking flights and hotels, upgrading services
- Securing event tickets
- Finding well-regarded restaurants at destinations
- Booking ideal venues for business dinners, etc.
You will also propose personalized travel plans for each member, something not available in traditional travel agency packages.
Requirement
- No educational or experience requirements
- Preference for those with experience in the travel industry

※ A personal guarantor is required at the time of employment
