Job description
At a first-class travel agency specializing in Turkey tours, you will be responsible for everything from planning to selling group and customized tours!
As an expert in Turkey travel, you will collaborate with local Japanese staff to promote the charm of Turkey. Utilizing the know-how that only a specialized Turkey travel agency can offer, we aim to create "high-quality value."
Specific duties include:
- Handling customer inquiries about Turkey travel (via phone, email, LINE, face-to-face, etc.)
- Booking flights (including requesting ticket issuance from wholesalers)
- Arranging on-site logistics
- Product development, among other tasks
After joining the company:
You will travel around Turkey with customers, deepening your knowledge of the local area, so you can confidently guide and make recommendations to clients.
Travel Operations Managers are welcome!
Requirement
Candidates with experience operating GDS (Global Distribution System) reservations are welcome (we use Amadeus at our company).
Note: There are no ticketing tasks involved.
