Job description
We use CAD to design scaffolding for construction sites.
《Specific Job Description》
We are responsible for the following tasks related to designing scaffolding for various construction sites, including buildings, apartments, large-scale commercial facilities, dams, highways, and bridges.
■ Creating scaffolding design drawings
■ Visiting sites to check the ground and terrain
■ Meetings with clients and sales representatives
■ Presenting and proposing designs to clients
■ Modifying drawings and responding to inquiries
※ AutoCAD is mainly used for creating drawings.
Requirement
More than 1 year of work experience in Japan.
Eligible to apply for a technical visa (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa) or already holding this type of visa.
Experience working with CAD (no specific duration of experience required).
Benefits
Estimated Salary: 2,880,000 yen/year ~ 240,000 yen/month
(Which includes: Base salary of 181,300 yen, overtime allowance of 58,700 yen)
Overtime Policy: Fixed overtime system
Bonus: Twice a year (June and November)
Salary Increase: Once a year (June)
Visa Application Fee: Company covers the cost
Housing Cost: Company covers 80%, employee dormitory available
Work Visa: Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa
