Job description
Meetings with clients and contractors
Creation of types such as execution budgets and construction schedules
Preparation, review, and revision of construction drawings
Overall site management (process management, safety management, quality management, cost management)
Handover
Guidance for young construction supervisors, etc.
Requirement
Native Vietnamese speaker
Japanese proficiency equivalent to N3~N2, especially strong communication skills (to interact with supervisors, Japanese personnel at headquarters, and Japanese clients)
University graduate
Holder of a Level 1 qualification in related fields (Civil Engineering Management Technician/Construction Machinery Technician/Construction Management Technician)
Experience in construction management in the construction, architecture, or general contractor industries
