Job description

  • Passenger Transport (Taxi)

Salary System:

＜Full-time Employee＞

  • Entire salary is commission-based (with a salary guarantee system).
  • During training: Daily wage of 10,000 yen (8 hours of actual work / includes meals).
  • Training period = Time to obtain a Type II license (up to 18 days) + Post-licensing training (up to 10 days).
  • After being assigned to a branch, a monthly salary of 300,000 yen x 12 months (conditions apply) or an employment bonus of 100,000 yen (as per company regulations).

＜Day Shift＞

  • After being assigned to a branch, a monthly salary of 300,000 yen x 12 months (conditions apply) or an employment bonus of 100,000 yen (as per company regulations).

＜Experienced Personnel＞

  • Employment bonus of 100,000 yen (as per company regulations).

＜Multiple Job Holders＞

  • No salary guarantee system, only the employment bonus of 100,000 yen (conditions apply).

Requirement

  • Those who have had a regular Type 1 license for over a year (AT limitation acceptable) or those who have a regular Type 2 license.
  • No prior taxi experience required!
  • Applicants (both male and female) aged 20 to 70.
  • Re-employment system available after retirement (retirement age: 70).
