Job description
You will be responsible for the design, construction, and operation of servers, networks, and databases that support the company's fast-growing SaaS product. You'll also contribute to improving the development process, resolving issues before release, and equipping the dev team with useful tools and infrastructure.
- Join from the ground up in building the SRE team
- Agile development using Scrum methodology

Tech Stack:
- Backend: Ruby / Ruby on Rails
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Infrastructure: AWS (Docker, ECS, RDS), GCP (BigQuery)
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Tools: GitHub, Docker, Miro, Figma, Google Workspace, New Relic
Requirement
Must-Haves:
- 1+ year experience designing and operating systems on AWS or GCP
- 1+ year experience in web application development (any language/framework)
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with New Relic / Datadog
- Experience with security design and implementation
- Experience with DWH operation
- Development experience in React / TypeScript
- Basic knowledge of Linux / RDBMS
- Experience with large-scale web systems, DBs, or networks
- Engineering management or Scrum Master/PO experience

- Annual salary: ¥7,300,500 – ¥10,126,500 (including bonus)
- Employment type: Full-time permanent (3-month trial, no condition change)
