Job description
Our goal is to improve the efficiency of medical operations at university and public hospitals by offering optimal solutions such as electronic medical record systems and ordering systems. As these are full turnkey development projects, you will engage in direct discussions with users, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.
Example projects:
- Implementation and development of electronic medical records
- Technical support for ordering systems
- Data migration
Requirement
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Daily conversational level or above
Mandatory Requirements:
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Practical experience or education in programming languages
- Experience in developing medical systems (electronic medical records)
- Experience with specific manufacturers is not required, but candidates with experience in Fujitsu package systems are highly welcomed.
- Possession of a Medical Information Technologist certification
- Experience working in medical institutions (e.g., nurses, pharmacists)
- Probation period: 3 months

Salary Details:
- Member:
- Annual income: 3.2 million yen ~ 5.5 million yen
- Monthly income: 250,000 yen ~ 430,000 yen
- Leader:
- Annual income: 4.5 million yen ~ 6.5 million yen
- Monthly income: 350,000 yen ~ 500,000 yen
- Manager:
- Annual income: 5.0 million yen ~ 8.5 million yen
- Monthly income: 390,000 yen ~ 660,000 yen
- Executive:
- Annual income: 6.5 million yen ~ 10 million yen
- Monthly income: 500,000 yen ~ 770,000 yen
- Note: The above annual income does not include overtime pay.
Holidays:
- Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays)
- Annual holidays: 123 days
- Leave:
