Requirement
Requirements:
- Japanese Level: Daily conversational level or above
- For inexperienced candidates:
- Under 26 years old
- Completed or expected to complete a course at a reputable IT school
- For experienced candidates:
- Practical experience in system development
- Experience as an IT Architect, Project Leader (PL), or Project Manager (PM)
- Experience working at a technical staffing company or system development company
- Coding experience (candidates with more than 3 years of experience are particularly welcome)
- Preference for candidates with experience in Java, C, or Python implementation

Salary Details:
- Starting Salary (Inexperienced): From 185,000 yen/month
- Starting Salary (Experienced): From 210,000 yen/month

- Salary is determined based on experience and ability
- Probation Period: 6 months (no change in salary and benefits)
- Salary Increase: Once a year (in April)
- Bonus: Twice a year (in May and November)
Salary Examples:
- Engineer, 37 years old, 10 years of experience: Annual income of 9 million yen
- Engineer, 32 years old, 5 years of experience: Annual income of 6 million yen
