Guide, serve customers
Support at the counter and in the kitchen
Requirement
- Japanese level from N3 or higher, good communication
Recruitment process:
Submit application.
Interview: Mainly direct interview, for candidates living far away, interview via WEB.
Practical interview: Internship may be required to evaluate candidates.
Visa application: Comprehensive support for procedures.
Arrive in Japan and start working.
Benefits
Travel expenses:
Regular staff: 5,000 yen (included in the above salary).
Store manager: 10,000 yen (included in the above salary).
Note: When going on a business trip outside the company, any travel expenses incurred will be paid separately.
Work time
Working hours:
13:00 ~ 24:05, by shift.
Regulated working hours: 8 hours (60 minutes break).
Note: The number of working days (days off) may vary depending on the shift.
Overtime:
About 20 ~ 45 hours.
Because the ""fixed overtime allowance"" system is applied, there is no overtime allowance for overtime within 40 hours.
Note: Only overtime is paid for hours exceeding 40 hours.
