Recruitment Position:
Restaurant Staff (Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Leader, Waiter)
Kitchen Staff (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Staff, Kitchen Assistant)
Job Description:
Service: Prepare tables, check beverage menu, receive guests, serve food, guide guests, process payments, manage personnel, train, manage hygiene, prepare staff.
Kitchen: Prepare dishes, check menu, train personnel, manage personnel, manage hygiene, prepare staff.
Recruitment Type: Full-time Employee
Note: There is a 6-month probationary period, no change in salary and other conditions during this period.
Requirement
Priority is given to candidates with restaurant and kitchen experience
Japanese level from N3, good communication
Selection process: 2 steps (first interview with branch manager + recruiter, final interview with senior manager).
Benefits
Days off and vacation time:
8 days off/month, shift arrangement, paid vacation (over 5 days/year).

Basic salary:
Head manager & head chef: 350,000 JPY
Assistant manager & assistant chef: 300,000 JPY
Other positions: 218,000 JPY
Other allowances: Bonuses twice a year, housing allowances, transportation expenses up to 60,000 yen/month.

Work time
Working hours:
Main shift: 12:00–23:00 (last order 22:30)
Other shifts: 10:00–23:00 (may vary by store)
Total working hours per month: approximately 203–220 hours
