Requirement
- Japanese level from N2 or higher, good communication
- Can go on business trips elsewhere
- Need to provide necessary documents when joining and need 2 guarantors. For foreigners, need to provide passport and residence card.
Benefits
Salary Increase and Promotion:
Yes (for those who have passed the competency test)
Salary increase and promotion will be decided by superiors based on job content and work performance.
The competency assessment level ranges from LEV1 to LEV4.
At LEV1 level, after 2 years, there will be an additional increase of 6,500 yen/month.
Accommodation:
For company employees:
First year: 5,000 yen/month
Second year: 5,500 yen/month
Initial joining fee is exempted
House rent allowance: 50,000 yen/month if living in a company-rented house; 10,000 yen/month if renting a house by yourself
The company will be responsible for housing repair costs
There is a person in charge of supporting accommodation for employees from abroad
Transportation expenses:
Fully paid by the company
Note: Accommodation allowance is only applicable to employees no household registration in Japan
Work time
Working hours:
8 hours (average monthly working hours are 173 hours)
By shift (morning, evening, night)
Note: Only applicable to those who work all night shifts
There will be 9 consecutive days off in a year
Overtime:
Expected time: 35 hours/month (from 36 hours will be calculated by the minute)
There is an overtime allowance for night shifts of 20 hours or more
