- No prior experience in restaurants or food service required
- Japanese language level N4 or higher

- Salary increase: Once a year (April), based on trial period evaluation and performance review every 6 months

Work time
Working Hours:
8 hours/day (includes 60-minute break), shift-based (13:30–23:30)

15 hours of fixed overtime (paid by the minute)
Average of 25 overtime hours/month (paid by the minute after 10 hours)
