Job description
Based in the Tokyo office, but full remote work is possible nationwide!!
Your role involves listening to customer requirements, analyzing challenges, and proposing optimal solutions that can be realized with Salesforce.
- Implement design and development based on the decided specifications.
- Support customers by providing education programs and follow-up programs to ensure smooth operation.
- You can also engage in developing in-house tools by leveraging your technical knowledge.
Job Details:
1. Requirements Definition and Design:
- Requirements definition and design for Salesforce implementation and operation projects.
- Requirements definition and design for marketing automation tools like Marketo, Pardot.
- Requirements definition and information design in website construction projects.
2. Front-end Work:
- Handling communication with customers, partner companies, and production companies during the project period.
3. Project Management:
- Managing Salesforce implementation and operation projects.
- Managing marketing automation projects like Marketo, Pardot.
- Managing website construction projects.
- Managing other system development projects.
4. PMO Support:
- Supporting PMO in large-scale projects.
5. Business Architect Work:
- Organizing and analyzing issues in business and IT.
- Formulating cloud solution frameworks.
- Designing solution architecture.
6. Pre-sales Work:
- Proposing continued projects to existing customers.
Requirement
Preferred Conditions:
- Experience in managing core system construction/operation projects
- Experience in consulting for the implementation/operation of marketing automation tools or email marketing tools
- Project management experience
- Practical experience in directing website construction/operation
- Experience supporting PM or PMO in large-scale projects
Application Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce operation, design, or development
