Job description
Depending on your ability, for example, you will be responsible for the following tasks , but not limited to these.
・Handling check-in/check-out procedures
・Processing reservation orders
・Providing telephone support
・Offering in-house information
・Guiding guests to rooms
・Overseeing luggage storage
・Maintaining cleanliness in check-in counters, luggage carts, and staff rooms.
Requirement
- Degree: Not required
- Majors: All majors
- Japanese: JLPT N3 or equivalent
- English: Business level
-A person who have 5 years or more experience in the front desk position at any hotel, or accomodation facility.
-A person who have strong communication skills and value teamwork.
-A person who possess a curiosity towards new technologies and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning.
-A person who can intuitively understand customer needs and find joy in fulfilling them.
Benefits
・Location: Japan / Tokyo
・Salary: 223,000 yen/month or above
*6,500 yen(+tax) worth meal allowance will be provided in addition.
*Salary may be lower if the years of experience is below 1 year. (No experience: 213,000 yen/month)

-Raise: Once a year
-Bonuses: Twice a year *Estimated annual bonuses in total: 3 months worth of salary
・Commuting allowance: Fully covered (based on the company's designated commuting route)

- Special holiday: 12 days *It will expire within a year.
- Annual paid leave: 10 days (first year) *It is mandatory to take at least 5 days within a year among this annual paid leave(the lest can be saved up to two years).

Work time
Monthly variable working hours system
ex: 6:30-15:00, 8:00-16:30, 9:00-17:30, 10:00-18:30, 13:00-21:30, 14:30-23:00, etc. (all includes a 1-hour break)(Some sections may involve overnight shifts)
