Job Description:

Overall hostel operations (check-in, handling phone and email inquiries, providing tourist information, cleaning the premises, etc.)

Leverage your English skills and solo travel experience abroad in this role.

No specific educational background required ◆ No experience necessary

English conversation skills
You don't need to be able to handle daily conversations, email replies, or business-level English! We value conversation skills over exam English.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (including New Year’s, Golden Week, and Obon holidays)
Basic PC skills such as Excel, Word, and email
Japanese language proficiency: Conversational level (JLPT N2 or above, or J.Test score of 600 or above, not required if you understand this job posting)
At least 1 year of living experience in Japan (or more than 6 months if staying on a working holiday)
Understanding of basic Japanese geography and tourist information
