Job description
- Participate in various Web/mobile service projects and new business launch initiatives.
- Manage development projects using cloud platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, including IoT and AI (Einstein)
- Act as a project manager overseeing the entire lifecycle: from requirement definition to design and implementation.
- Clients range from large corporations to SMEs and public sector organizations.
- Projects typically consist of 3–10 members, often prime projects, allowing involvement from the planning phase.
- Great opportunity to utilize technical and planning capabilities in high-level engineering environments.

Requirement
Must Have:
- Experience in project management
Nice to Have:
- Experience as a PM or leader in new or maintenance projects
- Experience in system consulting
- Possession of Salesforce or AWS certifications
- Development experience in Java, C#, Ruby, Python, or Scala
- Proactive and self-driven, actively participating in study groups or tech communities
Benefits
- Annual salary: 6,480,000 JPY to 13,500,000 JPY
(Base salary from 442,244 JPY/month + work allowance from 97,756 JPY/month
Includes 40 hours of overtime and 10 hours of late-night work; excess paid separately.
