Job description
Recruiting Manufacturing Staff for a New Factory in Tahara City, Scheduled to Operate from January 2025.
The new factory will produce functional resin special tank products (Lining Tanks) used in the semiconductor industry. These products are used for storing and transporting special liquids in semiconductor factories.
Specifically, these are tank-shaped products where lining sheets are adhered to metal or FRP substrates, the seams of the sheets are welded, and the parts that come into contact with the liquid are protected by a lining.
<Specific Job Responsibilities>
In the team responsible for manufacturing the sheets that line the tanks, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Billet forming
- Sheet cutting, surface treatment, and press forming
- Inspection and packaging
- Data entry and document preparation related to the tasks

We welcome candidates with crane and slinging operation qualifications. Until the new factory begins operation, you will work at the headquarters in Shinshiro City, Aichi Prefecture, and later, as an opening staff member at the new factory, you will help train new colleagues who join later!

Transfer: No
There is no transfer of work location, but you will work at the headquarters in Shinshiro City, Aichi Prefecture until December 2024, and then begin working at the new factory in Tahara City, Aichi Prefecture from January 2025.

- If commuting to the headquarters is difficult until the new factory starts operations, the company will provide housing.
- The self-payment amount will vary depending on the area of the residence, with less than 30㎡ being 8,000 yen/month, and less than 50㎡ being 10,000 yen/month. While staying in company-leased housing, you will not be eligible for the housing allowance.
Salary Details:
- Basic monthly salary: 176,000 yen to 210,000 yen (with various allowances)
- Theoretical annual income: 3 million yen to 3.6 million yen
- Expected annual income: 3.2 million yen to 3.8 million yen (assuming 20 hours of overtime per month)

Work time
Working hours: 8:50 AM to 5:35 PM
Lunch break: 45 minutes (with additional short breaks)
